After you fill out the contact form on our website, we will schedule a phone call with you to discuss your project and design scope. During the call, we will walk you through our design process and see if we are a good fit for your project. If so, we will schedule an in-person consultation meeting. We will then delve deeper into your aesthetic, wish list for the project, and timeline.

Following the consultation, we will send a proposal with a detailed outline of your project scope, our estimated design fee and materials investment for interior furnishings, and an estimated cost for materials for your renovation or new build (if not provided by your builder). Once we reach an agreement on an estimated budget, we will proceed to the next phase.

After you accept our proposal, we will set up a kickoff meeting to go over the next steps. If we are helping you with a renovation or new build, we will start by choosing finishes like tile, cabinetry, countertops, and lighting. If this is a large-scale interior furnishings project, we will go right to floor plans and furniture selections.

Upon the completion of your design plan, we will arrange a presentation containing floor plans, renderings, elevations, and finish samples.

Upon approval, we will order and store the items at our warehouse. You will receive bi-weekly updates from your project manager until we are ready to install.

After all of the products have been received and inspected, we will install them in your home. This is the day you have been waiting for since the project began, and we are excited to give you the dramatic reveal.
